Rental Agreement
- All rentals are subject to availability
- Valid driving license and Aadhar card are mandatory
- Minimum age requirement: 21 years
- Minimum driving experience: 1 year
Vehicle Usage
- Vehicles must be used for personal purposes only
- Sub-letting or commercial use is not allowed
- Vehicles cannot be taken outside Assam without prior permission
- Maximum occupancy must follow vehicle capacity
Rental Period
- Rental period starts from the time of vehicle pickup
- Late returns will incur additional charges
- Extensions must be communicated and approved in advance
- Early returns do not warrant refunds
Extra Hours and Kilometers
- Extra hours will be charged until exceeding 4 hours
- Extra kilometers will be charged if the limit is exceeded
- Customers should refer to their rental agreement for specific limits
- Charges for extra hours and kilometers are as per company policy
Driver Responsibilities
- Driver is responsible for all traffic violations and fines
- All traffic rules and regulations must be followed
- Any accidents or damages must be reported immediately
- Vehicle must be returned on time with the same fuel level
Payment Terms
- Full payment or 20% advance is required at the time of booking
- Remaining amount (if any) must be paid at pickup
- Security deposit is refundable after vehicle inspection
- Late return charges apply as per company policy
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before pickup
- Refund percentage depends on the time of cancellation
- Customers should refer to the Cancellation Policy for details
Insurance and Damages
- All vehicles are comprehensively insured
- Customer is liable for damages beyond insurance coverage
- A full damage report must be filed for any incident
Fuel Policy
- Fuel charges to be borne by the customer
- Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup
- Refueling services are available at an additional cost
Prohibited Activities
- Drunk driving is strictly prohibited
- Racing or reckless driving is not allowed
- Smoking inside vehicles is prohibited
- Vehicle modifications are not permitted
Limitation of Liability
- Company is not liable for personal injuries during the rental period
- Company is not responsible for loss of personal belongings
- Company is not liable for delays due to vehicle breakdowns
- Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages
Dispute Resolution
- All disputes are subject to Guwahati jurisdiction
- Arbitration is preferred before initiating legal action
